• Worked within a team to improve the Continuing Education Department at Mohawk College.

• Elicited requirements through document analysis and interviews with key stakeholders.

• Conducted an environmental scan on the best practices followed by 8 colleges in Ontario.

• Analyzed the data collected using process modelling methods, SWOT, and risk analysis.

• Recommended quality improvements for the future state.
